1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is AnswerAtlas, owner of the Ficha Clara service.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: name and email address, and sign-in credentials (passwords are stored encrypted).
  • Service content: product page copy, audits and the results you generate.
  • Usage and technical data: pages visited, actions within the service, IP address, device and browser type.
  • Communications: messages you send us through support.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account and provide the service (performance of a contract).
  • Keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
  • Improve the product using aggregated usage statistics (legitimate interests).
  • Handle your support requests (performance of a contract).
  • Meet legal obligations, for example tax requirements (legal obligation).

4. Who we share your data with

We share data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), analytics and support tooling, acting as data processors.
  • Paddle, as Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Payment data is collected by Paddle directly.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we apply the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account remains active. When it is no longer needed (for example after you delete your account), we delete or anonymise it, except for data we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent where it is the legal basis, by emailing us at info@answeratlas.io. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, access controls and per-user access rules that prevent anyone from reading other users' data.

9. Cookies

We only use essential technical cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
