How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email you used to purchase, or email us at info@answeratlas.io and we will handle it for you.
What happens next
Once approved, the refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. When a subscription is refunded, Professional access is withdrawn and the account returns to the free plan; audits you have already created are not deleted.
