Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

Ficha Clara is a service operated by AnswerAtlas (the “seller”). By using Ficha Clara you contract directly with the seller.

Ficha Clara is a tool for auditing and improving product page content for online stores: it reviews clarity, naturalness, differentiation, repetition, audience fit and tone consistency, and suggests improved versions of your copy.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you act as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes, fraud or unsolicited communications.
  • Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or that you have no right to use.
  • Submit illegal, defamatory or hateful content, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Interfere with the security of the service: introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape the service automatically or attempt to bypass its technical limits.
  • Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service without authorisation.

4. Your content and generated content

You keep all rights to your product page copy. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Improvement suggestions produced by the service (rule-based or AI-assisted) are proposals: you are responsible for reviewing them, checking their accuracy and deciding whether to publish them. The service does not guarantee that suggestions are accurate or suitable as regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for holding the rights to it. We may remove or restrict content that breaches these terms and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

Ficha Clara does not claim to detect whether a text was written by a person or by AI: its analyses assess naturalness, genericness, repetition, clarity, differentiation and brand consistency.

5. Intellectual property

The service, its software, documentation, brand and design are owned by the seller. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your subscribed plan.

6. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the service for maintenance or for causes beyond our reasonable control.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

The Professional subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand from your subscription management portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of the usage policies.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you request account deletion, your audits will be deleted in line with the privacy notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow it (fraud, personal injury).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence where the law requires it and, otherwise, by the courts of Spain.

For any question about these terms you can contact the seller by email at info@answeratlas.io.
